Nominations sought for Teaching, Advising, and Hoffman Excellence Awards

Nominations for the Teaching and Advising Excellence Awards are due to the Vice Provost for Academic Affairs Office by 5:00 PM on Monday, December 14, 2009.  You are invited to submit the name of a faculty or staff member for the University Teaching and Advising Excellence Awards. Please fill out the attached nomination form and return to pattih@uidaho.edu OR campus mail stop 3160 by December 14, 2009.  For a list of past winners, please click here.

FAsT is a survey tool designed to be used by individual instructors during the semester to create customized, anonymous surveys to gather information from their students. Questions and responses are only visible to the instructor creating a survey for their own course and student responses are anonymous.
